David Segala, Ph.D. — Founder & CEO
David leads IDM Solutions’ technical strategy and client engagements, bringing over 16 years of experience designing and deploying advanced analytics, AI, and decision-support systems across defense, intelligence, and commercial domains.
With a Ph.D. in Applied Mechanics and a background spanning Naval Undersea Warfare Center, enterprise R&D, and entrepreneurship, David specializes in translating complex requirements, data, and constraints into production-ready AI systems that deliver measurable operational impact.
Christopher Casciano — Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Chris serves as IDM’s Chief Technology Officer, overseeing system architecture, implementation, and technical delivery across all client engagements. He brings deep expertise in building scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems that integrate AI, data engineering, and enterprise applications.
Chris ensures that IDM’s solutions are not only technically sophisticated, but operationally reliable—designed to run in real environments, under real constraints, and at production scale.
