Exciting news! We would like to welcome our newest strategic partners SAIC where we are partnering to bring exciting new capabilties and technologies to the Navy! Our work in crafting data strategies and roadmaps, knowledge capture and knowledge management systems, and leveraging custom AI solutions to drive intelligent decision making will drastically increase the capabilities at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center.
Bridging Data Silos: Our journey began by aligning two distinct groups, traditionally data-siloed, and laying the groundwork for a centralized knowledge management system. This system is not just a tool but a pivotal step in fostering collaboration and information sharing across all levels of the organization.
Developing a Data Strategy: Capturing the "As Is" State: We began by developing a comprehensive data strategy, outlining the current data landscape to identify key areas for digital transformation. Custom AI-Driven Surveys: Utilizing bespoke AI models, including LLMs and NLP, we crafted tailored surveys to unearth response patterns, key insights, and topic modeling. These insights were instrumental in designing a user-friendly system that serves every user across the organization. User-Centric Design: Focusing on end-user cases, we developed a series of queries and data models. These allow users to extract the most meaningful results, thereby maximizing not just financial, but strategic and operational ROI.
